TAMMY & BENJAMIN pieces are handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans. Each bag is therefore covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Even after the warranty period has expired, we remain at your disposal to find suitable solutions and assist you with any concerns.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. Please note that this warranty does not apply to items purchased during our atelier sales. However, even in these cases, we remain available to provide assistance and advice.

To preserve the appearance and longevity of your TAMMY & BENJAMIN leather bag, we recommend following these care guidelines:

• Protect from moisture and heat: Avoid exposure to rain, direct heat sources, or intense sunlight, which may alter the colour of the leather.
• In case of contact with water: Do not rub wet leather. Gently absorb excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth.
• Regular care: Use a leather care lotion specifically designed for leather goods to nourish the leather and minimise minor imperfections.
• Avoid cosmetic products: Never apply hand sanitiser to your bag, and avoid contact with oily substances, cosmetics, or perfumes.
• Maintain its shape: Avoid overloading your bag to prevent deformation. When not in use, store it in its protective dust bag, filled with tissue paper to help maintain its shape.
• Metal hardware and abrasive surfaces: Handle metal components with care and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
• Light-coloured leather and suede: Take extra care when handling light-coloured leather and apply a suitable suede protector every 2–3 months.
